FAQs

  • We accept all payment methods: 

    ​Card payments including contactless and ApplePay and cash payments.

    We offer 12 months interest free finance. Please contact directly for finance.

  • Each individual has different pain tolerances however majority of clients find neither Ombre Brows or Lip Blush/Neutralisation painful.

    ​The treatments are done with a tiny needle so a scratching sensation may be felt. Numbing can be used prior to treatment for your comfort.

  • Results usually last from 1-3 years before Brows or Lips start to fade.

    Annual top-ups are recommended to keep results looking its best.

    Results vary from client to client.

  • -Clients which suffer from keloid scarring

    -Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding

    -Clients with blood clotting disorders (hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, fibrinopenia)

    -Client has negative reaction to patch test

    ​Please contact for further information about contraindications which may be missed.

  • No, this treatment does not adjust the size of the lips.

    Lips may swell immediately after treatment and swelling can last up to 48 hours.

  • In most cases, yes. Prior to booking I recommend clients with previous work to send a photo of your current brows/lips without makeup so I can give best advice on what would work best.
